Quincy's has been serving Panama City Beach since 1979. We are based right on Highway 79 (ZIP 32413) and we know every neighborhood from Sunnyside to Carillon Beach. We cover all PCB ZIP codes — 32407, 32408 and 32413. When the AC quits, we are usually the closest legitimate shop to your house.
Most homes in PCB are within a couple miles of the salt water. That changes how an air conditioner ages. The outdoor coil takes salt every single day. The condenser fan motor sees humidity year round. The drain line is busy from March to November.
Our techs know what to look for in this climate. We elevate outdoor units, recommend coil coatings, install float switches on every drain pan, and we set our maintenance schedule around the rough months on the coast. If you are in the Panama City area (32401, 32444) rather than PCB, that work is handled from our Bay County service page. For 30A and Walton County communities east of Carillon Beach, see our South Walton County page.

We cover all of Panama City Beach: 32407 (west PCB, Laguna Beach area), 32408 (central PCB, Bay Point, Thomas Drive), and 32413 (east PCB, our home base on Highway 79). Call (850) 235-8834 — we cover every neighborhood on the beach.
Salt particles in the sea breeze land on the outdoor coil fins every day. Over time they corrode the aluminum and copper, reducing heat transfer efficiency and eventually eating through the coil. Condensing fan motors and electrical contacts are also vulnerable. We recommend coil coating on all new installs within two miles of the water and check for salt buildup on every maintenance visit.
Yes. We work with rental managers and owners throughout PCB. We schedule between checkout and check-in, coordinate with your property manager, and move rental emergencies to the front of the line when guests are on site. Tell us it is a rental when you call and we handle it accordingly.
Yes — but Inlet Beach (32461) sits just over the county line in Walton County. We service it through our South Walton County area, which covers Inlet Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, Watercolor and the rest of the 30A corridor.
